We provide architectural design services including site planning, conceptual design, commercial interior design, and construction documents. You'll receive a set of documents that capture the essence of the project you have in mind.
THE PROCESS
As the architect, we provide project drawings & documents for permit approval, which are then handed to your contractor for construction. The architectural process is broken into focused areas of development that help guide initial ideas into realized solutions. An overview of the phases is detailed below.

PRE-DESIGN
This is the information gathering phase. We get to learn your goals, needs, wants, and budget. We also analyze the project location and associated regulatory requirements. We'll help discover constraints and opportunities.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN
This is where we begin to test site layouts and floorplans, and develop visual concepts of the interior and exterior design. Your feedback will help drive the direction towards a solution you're excited about.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Documents develop into detailed drawings that begin to capture the finer details. Most materials, finishes, and equipment should be recorded in these documents. Engineers may come on board as necessary.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Construction Document drawings will be refined and detailed into a document that shows all aspects of the design intent. Final drawings will have the necessary information for permit review and for your Contractor.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
During construction (by your Contractor) we visit the project to observe the progress. answer your questions, provide clarifications to your Contractor, and ensure the design intent is being followed.
